RTS at the WTW Latin American Conference on Natural Resources

Madrid, 8th July 2022

Resources Conference organised by WTW Corporate last June in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, of which RTS was one of the sponsors.

The first speech was given by Mr. Iván Duque, President of Colombia, followed by prominent underwriters, Risk Managers and Reinsurance Brokers of WTW, all related to the Natural Resources industries, including Mapfre Global Risk.

RTS was represented by Juan G. Uribe, Executive Director in Latam and USA, and Ricardo Báez, Director in Colombia.

At the end of these days of exchange of dialogues and perspectives, the conclusion was that achieving zero emissions, adaptation to climate change and capital investment are the three challenges we face from the sector to be able to face this transition.
