RTS will take part in two new projects for IMIA 2019

The 51st International Conference of the International Association of Engineering Insurers (IMIA) was recently held in Singapore and attended by Luis Pérez Firmat, a specialist from RTS International Loss Adjusters. During the conference, which gathered together over 100 participants representing 25 nationalities, RTS participated in several debates and round tables. Three RTS specialists will also form part of the working groups that will present their results at the 2019 conference in Vienna. Sancho Azevedo, the firm’s general manager of Portugal and Brazil, and Álvaro Jaureguizar, civil engineer and RTS member at the Miami office, will work together in the IMIA Working Group ‘Cover for existing property’. Luis Pérez Firmat will contribute to the ‘Construction to operational insurance’ project. The topics to be worked on this year were decided during the conference and will be reported on at the next.
IMIA is a network of engineering insurance experts from around the world who share experiences, research and debates on a variety of engineering insurance subjects.
